The Tokyo Sushi Academy is a magnificent experiance, our teacher gave amazing instructions that turned people with no experiences in making sushi thats beyond delightful.The course gives you a grand insight in making a various amount of sushi, from making fresh to grilled sushi and how all the flavours work together. If you want to learn how to make sushi than look no where else.

Best cooking class experience in Tokyo! Not only day class but also one week or multiple week classes are available. Super friendly and experienced teachers and awesome classmates. One of the best experiences you can have in Tokyo whether you are a pro chef, private chef at home or just want to have fun.

Ms Yanagi was an excellent instructor for the Saturday workshop. Native Tokyoites were also taking lessons. Fun.

Looking to learn more about Japanese cuisine? TSA is definitely the place to be at. Took 6 weeks course which include Sushi, Sashimi and Washoku. It could be challenging at times, but definitely a fun one. Excellent instructor, Friendly staff, Awesome classmates. What more could you ask for.

We had our favorite sushi experience here! Our teacher truly enjoys being here and teaching us. We were able to ask a lot of questions. It was very cool to learn about the intricacies of making and eating sushi. Note that the 90-minute beginner classes are only held on Saturdays. We went out of the door laughing and stuffed! Definitely recommend!!
